今天，Oralce正式宣布成功收购Sun，原文在这里。Oracle以每股9.5美元，总共以74亿美金的天价收购Sun公司，其中，56亿美金付现或购买Sun的债务。现在，Java, Solairs以及MySQL都是Oracle的了。
